What does a social media manager do for a small business?
I take social media off your plate. That means planning posts, filming and photographing your business, writing captions in your voice, scheduling everything and keeping your pages active, so customers see a business that’s open, busy and worth choosing.
Do you work with businesses outside Richland?
Yes. I work with businesses across the Tri-Cities, including Richland, Kennewick, Pasco and West Richland, and I come to you for photo and video shoots.
Which platforms do you manage?
Mostly Instagram and Facebook, since that’s where most Tri-Cities customers are. We’ll pick the platforms that make sense for your business when we plan.
Do I need to have content ready?
No. Creating it is part of the job. I film and photograph on location, and if you already have photos or video, I’ll work those in too.
How do we get started?
